Cindy serves as an Enrolled Agent joining the firm in 1977. She works out of our Coldwater office and is part of the tax team. She specializes in providing the following services:
- Preparation of annual payroll tax reports for agricultural clients
- Preparation of 1099’s for individuals and businesses
- Assists individuals and partnerships with minimizing their tax liabilities
- Represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), in audits and tax related matters
Cindy is a graduate of St. Henry High School. She participates in professional development seminars and continuing education courses to ensure the highest level of service and expertise for our clients. Cindy resides outside of Coldwater, Ohio with her husband, Dave. They are the parents of six children and proud grandparents.
