Jim is the managing partner of Moorman, Harting and Company and has overall responsibility for the firm's professional services. He is a certified public accountant and a financial advisor.  Jim is a graduate of Marion Local High School and the University of Dayton with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.  He specializes in providing tax and accounting services to small businesses, physicians, dentists and agricultural clients. Jim works extensively with various types of entities including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships.  He helps you plan to minimize your taxes and meet your financial goals through proper investments.   He attends many continuing professional education courses to insure the highest possible level of service to our clients.  Jim is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Ohio Society of CPA's.  He is involved in various organizations and is past president of the Coldwater Lions club, and has served of treasurer and as a trustee for the Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.

Alan is the manager of the firm's Celina office.  He is a Marion Local graduate and has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Wright State University. As a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Ohio Society of CPA's, he attends continuing professional education courses designed to insure a continued high level of service to the public. Alan has ten years of tax and accounting experience with a variety of business and agricultural clients. Alan provides accounting and tax services for a number of businesses, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and sole proprietorships.  He is insurance licensed and is also a financial advisor who can help you reach your financial goals by setting up proper investments.  Alan was the Marion Township Clerk for twelve years.  He is involved in many organizations as Treasurer of Marion Combined Charities as well as a past Treasurer and Trustee for the Celina Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.

Sam brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in all facets of tax and accounting and was instrumental in the establishment of the firms existing Coldwater office.  Sam is a certified public accountant and financial advisor.   He specializes in providing services for all types of businesses and agricultural clients.  Sam also does extensive tax services and tax planning for our agricultural clients and provides significant planning and professional services for the transferring of farms. Also, as a financial advisor he can help you establish the investments that are suitable for your risk tolerance.  He attends many continuing professional education courses to insure the highest possible level of service to our clients.  Sam is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Ohio Society of CPA's.  He is a graduate of Coldwater High School and Miami University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.  

Marlene is a graduate of New Bremen High School and has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Wright State University. As a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's, she attends continuing professional education courses designed to insure a continued high level of service to the public. Marlene has over fifteen years of tax and accounting experience with a variety of business and agricultural clients. Marlene provides accounting and tax services for a number of businesses, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and sole proprietorships.  She is insurance licensed and is a financial advisor who can help you as an individual or your business plan for your financial future.  Marlene works out of both the firm's Coldwater and Celina offices.

Randall L. Kaup, CPA is a graduate of Coldwater High School.  He specializes in agricultural and small business tax planning and preparation.  As a part of our professional staff, Doug will provide accounting and tax services to a variety of individuals, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.  Doug will be working out of the firms Celina office; however, he will also be available on an appointment basis from the Coldwater office.  Doug is also on the Holy Trinity Catholic Church Finance committee and is involved with the Coldwater Jaycees. He resides in Coldwater with his wife, Jenine, and their three children.
