Janet serves as an Enrolled Agent / Accountant since joining the firm in 1980. She works out of our Coldwater office and is part of the accounting and tax teams. She specializes in providing the following services:
- Provides accounting advice for a variety of businesses, including preparation of financial statements, payroll taxes, and sales and use tax returns
- Provides tax and accounting advice to various types of entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships
- Assists individuals, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies with their year-end tax planning, as well as prepares their year-end tax returns
Janet is a graduate of St. Henry High School. She participates in professional development seminars and continuing education courses to ensure the highest level of service and expertise for our clients. Janet resides in St. Henry, Ohio with her husband, Terry. They are the parents of four children and are proud grandparents.
