Diane joined Moorman, Harting as an Enrolled Agent/Accountant in 2022. She works out of the Celina office and is part of the accounting and tax teams. Diane specializes in the following services:
- Provides accounting advice to a variety of businesses, including preparation of financial statements, payroll taxes, and sales and use tax returns
- Provides tax advice to various types of entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships
- Assists individuals, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies with their year-end tax planning, as well as prepares their year-end tax returns.
Diane is a graduate of St Marys Memorial High School and Wright State University Lake Campus. She participates in professional development seminars and continuing education courses to ensure the highest level of service and expertise for our clients. Diane resides in St Marys with her husband Gary. They are the parents of two children.
