Janell Kuck is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience who joined the firm in November 2024. She works out of our Coldwater office and is part of the Tax and Accounting teams. Janell specializes in providing the following services:
- Tax planning and preparation
- Small business accounting and taxation, including corporations, LLC’s, partnerships, and sole proprietorships
- Estate and gift tax planning
- Business consulting
Janell is a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting Information Systems. Prior to joining the firm, she was a shareholder with a regional accounting firm where she led their Central Ohio agriculture, trust and estate income tax practices in addition to working with individuals and businesses in a variety of other industries. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Janell is a member of Kiwanis and has volunteered on the boards of various organizations. She participates in professional development seminars and continuing education courses to ensure the highest level of service and expertise for our clients. Janell resides in Mercer County Ohio, with her cocker spaniel Elliott.
