Susan Albers is a Financial Services Assistant and joined the firm in November 2024. She works out of our Coldwater office and is part of the Financial Services team. She specializes in providing the following services:
- Customer service to the Financial Services clients
- Preparation of applications for new and existing Financial Services clients
- Customer service for life insurance, long term care, and disability insurance clients
- Delegation of incoming financial services work
Susan is a graduate of New Bremen High School and Wright State University Lake Campus with a Business degree. She participates in professional development seminars and continuing education courses to ensure the highest level of service and expertise for our clients. Susan resides in Osgood, Ohio, with her husband, Dan, and they have three children.
